MOBILE LONDON HAIR SHINE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read Mobile London Hair Shine Terms and Conditions before your hair service. Note that we work on mobile basis in the London area, at a location of your choice (home, hotel and so on). We work with certified, top quality products.
PAYMENT TERMS
Mobile London Hair Shine requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash, direct debit, credit cards. Late payments will incur a penalty fee.
OUR GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied within a two-week period of your hair appointment, we guarantee we will redo your hair for free. We can also provide refunds depending on situation. This does not apply if you just simply changed your mind, it must be related with the quality of our services and products.
Note: Please follow the instructions we provide regarding the care for your hair upon completion of a treatment.
BOOKING POLICY
We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made online here or by calling 07453321766.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment can incur extra fees.
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours.
INQUIRIES
We accept email inquiries about our services, hairdressers and product range. We always try to respond within 24-hours of receiving your enquiry.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We accept requests for particular services, but they must be made in advance.
